We proudly present a selection of our latest projects, showcasing our expertise in horticultural engineering and innovation.
Butterfly Orchids
Greenhouse and Cultivation Systems
For Butterfly Orchids in Andel, we realized a high-quality expansion from 3.5 to 9.5 hectares. Within this project, we supplied both the complete greenhouse and the associated cultivation systems, fully integrated into a single future-proof total concept.
The new six-hectare greenhouse was developed as an efficient production platform in which climate control, energy supply, and logistics come together seamlessly. Our cultivation systems support a controlled and uniform growth process for tens of thousands of orchids per week, with maximum use of space and optimal process reliability.
Thanks to the preparation for sustainable heat sources and soil storage, fossil-free cultivation is made possible. This project underscores how technology forms the basis for scalable, efficient, and sustainable growth within modern greenhouse horticulture.
Growery
Controlled Climate Chambers
For Growery, we realized a complete turnkey production project for the legal cultivation of cannabis in the Netherlands. From engineering and architectural integration to climate control systems and high-advanced climate chambers: everything comes together in one integrated total solution.
The climate chambers form the heart of the facility. Each room has a precisely controlled microclimate in which temperature, humidity, CO₂, and light are continuously and accurately controlled. This guarantees maximum control, reproducible results, and consistent quality.
Thanks to our turnkey approach, design, technology, and implementation are fully coordinated. The result is a high-tech, scalable, and future-proof production platform in which all disciplines come together seamlessly.
Project Iribov
Expansion of Laboratory and Propagation Facilities
For Iribov, a leading service provider in plant propagation and breeding support, we recently completed a turnkey expansion of their facilities in Heerhugowaard. This project involved the development and construction of new laboratory areas and climate controlled growth chambers, fully tailored to Iribov’s high quality standards and operational requirements.
Through our integrated approach, combining engineering, automation and project management, we have created a future proof environment that enables controlled and efficient plant development. This expansion supports Iribov’s growth ambitions and enhances their ability to serve clients worldwide with precision and reliability.

Project Van der Salm
High-Capacity and Flexible Plant Packaging Line
At Van der Salm B.V., we recently delivered an advanced and efficient packaging solution, developed to process large volumes of plants within a short time frame. The project addressed the challenge of automatically placing plants into trays, followed by either manual loading onto trolleys or fully automated packing into boxes.
The line integrates a modular table system for plant infeed and a portal robot capable of placing full rows of plants into trays in a single movement. From there, the plants can either be manually loaded or automatically packed, with a central box line managing the flow, closing the boxes, and coordinating a streamlined outfeed.
With three parallel lines, the installation achieves an impressive capacity of approximately 1,200 boxes per hour, or nearly 15,000 plants per hour, supporting various pot sizes, tray types and box formats. The entire system is built on a mobile configuration, allowing it to be repositioned when not in use, making the space available for other purposes and maximizing operational flexibility.
This future-ready packaging line seamlessly supports Van der Salm’s production strategy and strengthens their ability to respond quickly to seasonal demand.

Project Ontario Plants Propagation
Scalable Propagation Facility for Young Plant Production
For Ontario Plants Propagation, one of North America's leading young plant producers, we recently delivered a scalable facility expansion tailored to the needs of high-volume, high-quality plant propagation. The project was designed to support continuous growth while optimizing operational efficiency, hygiene, and climate control.
Our scope included the engineering and realization of fully integrated propagation zones, climate-controlled growth areas, and logistics systems that ensure precise plant handling throughout the entire process. All systems are designed to accommodate seasonal fluctuations, enable seamless upscaling, and support strict phytosanitary standards.
This expansion strengthens Ontario Plants Propagation’s capacity to meet increasing market demand while maintaining the consistent quality and reliability they are known for. The result is a future-proof production environment built for efficiency, flexibility, and growth.
