To celebrate the official opening of the NPEC research greenhouse at Wageningen University, a virtual tour was shared. The greenhouse is all about the plant's phenotype, or appearance. Researchers measure how the plant looks and what role the environment plays in it. Bosman Van Zaal realised the greenhouse and climate.
On the 26th of September, the IPPS conference took place at the Unifarm terrain of Wageningen University. During the conference, the NPEC (Netherlands Plant Eco-phenotyping Centre) was officially opened. Bosman Van Zaal was present with a stand and several colleagues, to answer visitors' questions regarding the greenhouse and climate.

The NPEC greenhouse is one of many new facilities on the Unifarm terrain that Bosman Van Zaal is happy to has helped build or will build. Following Wageningen University's design and advice from PhenoKey, the NPEC greenhouse came to be. Bosman Van Zaal has built the greenhouse and developed and installed the technical equipment, among which a unique climate system and a Hoogendoorn climate computer.
