In collaboration with Tasmanian Botanics, Bosman Van Zaal is proud to present a remarkable achievement in automation technology. The Crea-Tech Gantry Robot, designed for 15 and 25 cm pots and processing up to 1800 pots per hour, has been tailored for tall plants, revolutionising the way pot plants are handled. This innovative automation system is equipped with unique forks that allow two rows of pots to be placed into containers in a single swift movement, significantly boosting production speed. Additionally, the robot's collector can halt a pot at any position, enabling diverse pot patterns. The ability to switch forks and collectors effortlessly through quick-couplers enhances adaptability. Furthermore, the robot features an extra fence and a safety cord for added security.
Tasmanian Botanics, our valued partner, envisioned a future where pot plant production could be optimised and tailored to meet the needs of their operation. With an eye on efficiency, they sought to enhance their pot plant handling capabilities while maintaining a commitment to precision and reliability. The collaboration with Bosman Van Zaal aimed to turn this vision into reality. The Crea-Tech Gantry Robot has proven to be the perfect solution, aligning with Tasmanian Botanics' goals for increased production capacity and adaptability. Together, we've brought innovation to life in the heart of Tasmania, redefining the landscape of pot plant production.
